The Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health will hold a markup on Wednesday, May 11, at 10:15 am Eastern. The legislation would reauthorize the Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training (BHWET) Program, which prioritizes resources for the mental and behavioral health care workforce through training grants. Mental and Behavioral Health Education and Training Grants would be reauthorized at $50 million for FY 2023 through FY 2027.
