ASAHP has compiled selected education and workforce provisions to include in a side-by-side comparison of the Democrat’s HEROES Act, Republican’s HEALS Act, and Republican’s “Skinny” HEALS Act. The Senate Republican’s skinny bill was released as an attempt to appeal to more Senate Republicans and renew negotiations with the House. Senate Leadership is looking at mid to late September for the completion of the next COVID funding bill.
