Senator Patty Murray, the Ranking Member of the HELP Committee, who is charged with rewriting the Higher Education Act in partnership with HELP Committee Chair Lamar Alexander (R-TN), will be speaking at 2:30 today at the Center for American Progress about her principles for HEA reauthorization.
