The latest annual report from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) shows that health care quality continued to improve overall through 2015, with gains in patient safety and person-centered care. Although 20% of measures showed disparities becoming smaller for black and Hispanic Americans, other disparities persist, involving poor and low-income households and lack of health insurance coverage.
