A paper released today by the American Council on Education’s (ACE) Center for Policy Research and Strategy (CPRS) uses data from the National Student Clearinghouse to examine enrollment and outcomes at minority serving institutions (MSI), painting a more complete picture of the contributions MSIs make to the communities they serve.
