Disability: Student Accommodations in the Clinical Setting

Join ASAHP’s Clinical Education Committee for an informative webinar on navigating disability accommodations in clinical education settings. This session is designed to equip faculty and staff with the knowledge to support students with disabilities effectively. Participants will learn about relevant disability laws in higher education, gain a clear understanding of "technical standards," and explore best practices for evaluating accommodation requests. Practical applications in clinical settings will be explored through interactive scenarios, providing attendees with valuable strategies for fostering an inclusive learning environment.
