This webinar will present an overview of budget models in higher education, income sources and costs associated with higher education, types of funds (restricted versus unrestricted) and general concepts of budget planning, based on the budget model.

Panelists:

Dr. Deborah Larsen is Director of the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and Associate Dean in the College of Medicine at The Ohio State University and has served in these roles since 2006. Overall, she has 25 years of experience in leadership positions, including chairing the University’s budget review committee.

Matt Anderson, PhD is Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs at UT Health San Antonio. He has twelve years of experience in finance and operations in academic health centers, both private and public.
